Permission was granted to redevelop the site three years ago at a hefty cost of £250m.

But the proposed changes by Sovereign Centros, which included 650 homes, two hotels and a cinema, have stalled.
Questions surrounding the ambitious scheme remain.
Associated British Ports (ABP) has since been given the green light to flatten the site and use the council-owned land at West Quay Road for port-related parking and vehicle storage for up to five years.
The demolition of the site is set to last for three months, according to ABP.
