A driver who was clocked above the speed limit on the M3 has been slapped with a fine.
Daniel Serban, 38, was caught driving at 65mph and 63mph on the M3 at Winchester between junctions nine and 11.
He was driving a Ford when he was caught on February 9 last year.

A temporary 50mph speed limit was in force at the time of the incidents.
He was found guilty of two counts of exceeding a temporary speed restriction on a motorway.
Serban, of Hartington Road, Southampton, was ordered to pay two £146 fines and received six points on his licence.
