One person wrote: "My order kept getting delayed and when it finally came the ice creams were melted, and there were no straws for the drinks, I also have no apology for being late, not the first time it’s happened either!"
However, some people had a more positive experience, with one person sharing: "I work nearby, so I often come to this McDonalds, and it's always excellent. The staff have infinite patience, the store is always clean and clear, and the food is always delicious and high quality."
