A Lexus driver has been ordered to pay more than £1,100 after he was caught at 92mph on the M27.
Matthew Simpson was driving a Lexus between junctions eight and seven of the M27 when he was caught by an automatic camera.
The 45-year-old was driving at 92mph whilst driving westbound near Hedge End.
The national 70mph speed limit was in place at the time.
Simpson, of Philpott Drive, Marchwood pleaded guilty to a single count of speeding at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

The offence took place on May 7, 2023.
Last Thursday (April 18), he was fined £769 and received four points on his licence.
Simpson was also ordered to pay £110 court costs and a £308 surcharge.
These must be paid in full by May 16, 2024.
