A driver has been ordered to pay more than £1,700 after they were caught speeding at 54mph on the M27.
Joanne Ewart was clocked at 54mph as she drove a Mercedes along the M27 westbound between junctions eight and seven.
The 47-year-old was near Hedge End when she was spotted by an automatic speed camera.
The incident took place on May 14, last year at a time when a 30mph speed limit was in place.

Ewart, of Ash Way, Whiteley pleaded guilty to a single count of exceeding a variable speed limit.
She was fined £1,200 and received six points on her licence.
Magistrates also ordered her to pay £110 towards court costs and a £480 surcharge.
This must be paid in full by May 16, 2024.
