Photos have been released showing black bags of plasterboard that were dumped in a layby by a Southampton couple.
Gurvinder Bhakar and his wife Jygoti Bhakar drove from their home on Clovelly Road to Misselbrook Lane in Chilworth.
They then dumped eight large black bags of waste in a layby before driving off but were tracked down through their vehicle registration.
Southampton Magistrates' Court heard last week that the couple live closer to the tip and had to drive six miles to where they dumped the rubbish.

Now photos have been released by Test Valley Borough Council which shows the bags dropped next to a large concrete barrier.
But taxi driver Gurvinder Bhakar said the plasterboard had initially been fly-tipped in his garden and the council told him he would have to pay to have it cleared.
The incident took place on May 10 last year with both defendants pleading guilty to depositing waste without an environmental permit.
Gurvinder Bhakar was fined £400 on Friday and must pay a £160 surcharge and £400 court costs.
His wife was ordered to pay a £100 fine, £100 court costs and a £40 surcharge.
