A HAMPSHIRE driver has been banned from the road for more than three years for refusing a breath test.
Lee Wells, of Doris Bunting Road, Ampfield, was stopped by police in Southampton on Sunday, December 3.
Wells, 34, pleaded guilty to the offence at Southampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 2.
As well as being banned from the road for 20 months, Wells must pay a fine of £333, costs of £85 and a surcharge of £133.
This has to be paid in full by Tuesday, January 30.
