Council officers have caught another fly-tipper who dumped rubbish on a country lane near Romsey.
Gordon Freeman, 38, tossed black bin bags of household waste plus a fridge by the roadside in Lee Drove, Lee, on or before June 19 2022, a court heard.
Freeman, of Tunstall Road, Hightown, Southampton, admitted the offence in court on August 11.
The prosecution was brought by Test Valley Borough Council.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates 'Court on Friday December 15, he received a conditional discharge for 12 months, as well as being told to pay costs of £303 and a £26 victim surcharge. The penalty of £329 must be paid by January 12, the court ordered.
