Father Christmas came to Bursledon to spread the Christmas magic, on December 17, arriving in style on a fire engine.
Supplied by the local charity fund-raising group, Santa Special Fire Engine, children cheered when Santa came to surprise residents at the Bursledon Community Centre.
The annual event has been held for the past six years by former owners of Lowford Fish Bar, Karen Whitlock and Victor Figueira.
A total of £250 was raised for charity and the couple said they wanted to thank everyone who supported the event and Bursledon Community Centre for hosting.
