A shop was targeted twice on the same day by a serial thief who is due to be sentenced next month.
Aaron Cruickshank, 38, of no fixed address, stole goods from Tesco, One Stop and other shops in Gosport in November and December.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, Cruickshank pleaded guilty to six offences.
He committed the first offence on November 21, when he made off with goods worth £92 from the Co-op at Dartmouth Court.
On November 26 he stole £112 of food and other goods from One Stop in Elson Road, plus £76 of chocolate from the same shop.
He also took £84 of alcohol from Tesco in Alver Village on November 29, £45 of coffee from Farm Foods in Forton Road on December 6, and £63 of drinks from Home Bargains at Brockhurst Gate on December 14.
Cruickshank has been remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced at Portsmouth Crown Court on January 19.
