A NO entry sign has been placed, facing the wrong way, in Romsey town centre.
Drivers travelling down Latimer Street have been confused to see a no-entry sign when following the one-way system onto The Hundred.
David Reading first spotted the mistake and contacted Hampshire County Council for it to be changed but it remains incorrect.

Posting on social media, Mr Reading said: “Well. Who is risking a fine of up to £1,000 and three points on your licence by travelling down Latimer Street over the last three weeks?
“Signage is clear once you have entered Latimer Street you can’t exit. Yes, I reported this over two weeks ago and the sign is still in place. Come on whoever is responsible for this please get it right.”
Residents have said the sign is simply facing the wrong way and should be for cars along The Hundred so they know not to turn left onto Latimer Street.
Hampshire County Council has now changed the sign.
