Why are the cyclists who deliver food allowed to cycle through the town centre, where it's closed off for pedestrian use only?
I have nearly been hit a few times whilst walking towards Westquay.
Some of the bikes are battery-powered, so they can travel at a good speed.
What the council should do is install signs at either end of the shopping precinct to tell cyclists to dismount.
I think someone will be seriously hurt before long. Then the city council will have to act.
