A jewellers shop that allows you to watch your creation being made has opened in Ocean Village.
FANCI fine jewellery launched its new boutique on Thursday, with a ribbon cutting by Southampton's Lord Mayor.
The new premises at the Cobalt Quarter also have the workshop on show, which owner Chris Nash said would allow 'customers to view their commissions being made by our goldsmiths with marina views'.
He added that he was 'delighted with the turnout' of the launch and had already had 'many new enquiries from residents and visitors'.
“We are delighted to open our new boutique in the beautiful location of Ocean Village", he said. "This wonderful location provides a lovely experience for our customers and team alike."
Greeted with English sparkling wine from Hampshire vineyard Exton Park, hors d'oeuvre and live music, the warm atmosphere wasn’t dampened by the odd shower - which cleared just in time for the Lord Mayor, Councillor Valerie Laurent, to cut the ribbon.
Six-time finalists in the UK Jewellery Awards, FANCI design, manufacture, repair and value jewellery for customers across Hampshire.
Visitors are invited to a free design appointment, with a complimentary glass of English sparkling wine upon arrival whilst enjoying the fabulous view of Ocean Village Marina.
