TWO adorable new members of staff has joined the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service.
Little Saxon and Red, a pair of yellow Labrador puppy, are the newest Investigation Search Dogs in training.
If training is successful, they will join a dedicated group of dogs who assist the fire service with investigations.
The pups are brothers and are eight weeks old. Their training programme will last 18 months.
Saxon has been named after a beloved Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire Service investigation dog who died in 2017.
Most fire service dogs are trained to detect or identify substances that can start fires.
