AN INQUEST has opened into the death of a Southampton man who was found unresponsive.
Roman Gwiazdowski, 47, died at Southampton General Hospital on October 20, 2022.

Area coroner Rosamund Rhodes-Kemp said that Mr Gwiazdowski, of Shirley Road, Southampton, was found unresponsive in Church End.
Paramedics attended the scene and he was transferred to hospital, where he died.
A preliminary cause of death has been given as a drug overdose.
Mrs Rhodes-Kemp adjoined the inquest at Winchester Coroner’s Court.
A full inquest will be held on February 7, 2024.
