UPDATE: The lights have now been fixed.
DRIVERS are being urged to approach a busy Southampton junction with caution.
The traffic lights where Bitterne Road West meets Bullar Road are out.
An engineer is on route, according to Southampton City Council.
A spokesperson said: “Bitterne Road West junction with Bullar Road; Traffic signals all out.
“Engineer on route, please approach with caution.”
This section of the dual carriageway was closed between 10pm last night and 5.45am this morning.
