"Not only does it benefit from a swimming pool, games room, and jacuzzi, but there are also several other properties on the grounds that could be used by visiting family or friends."

What's inside the home?
This beautiful home boasts nine, "uniquely-styled" bedrooms, all of which have an en-suite or bathroom nearby.
There are seven bedrooms on the first and upper ground floor of the building.
The top floor suite has a further two bedrooms, a small kitchen area, reception room, study and a balcony with great views of Southampton Water.
The ground floor is home to the orangery, which is open-plan to the kitchen/breakfast room with bi-folding doors to two sides leading to the outside patio.

There is electric underfloor heating in this room along with colour changeable feature lighting, making it the perfect space for hosting visitors.
The doors from the orangery open out to an al-fresco dining area with plenty of space for seating and access to the BBQ hut and a central firepit, ideal for summer evenings.
Back inside the house, the kitchen/breakfast room is equipped with a breakfast island, a professional-grade ’sub zero’ wine cooler, and refreshment cooling drawers, and still has room for other kitchen amenities.
The formal dining area with French doors will lead you to the landscaped gardens and steps to the sun terrace.
For those choosing to stay indoors and utilise the grand space, the lounge is the perfect place to do so.
Whip up a cocktail at the bar beneath dart lighting and further spot lighting before venturing out onto the veranda.
The games room also offers the opportunity to enjoy a great area with friends or guests.
On the lower ground floor you will find the spa complex, home to a 12-meter, pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, relaxation area, and changing room.
Leading from the spa are glass bi-folding doors that open to a tranquil sun terrace for guests.
The sun terrace has a feature mermaid fountain, sunbed area, space for outside dining and an external bar.
The staycation business
If you're looking to extend this house's offering to others, it may be wise to consider continuing the staycation business.
There are four apartments privately situated amongst a wooded area, with outside seating and parking for numerous vehicles.
Each apartment is fully equipped with a modern shower room and kitchen area.
'The lodge' is another option for paying guests. It has been designed with an open-plan kitchen/living area, double bedroom, en-suite and external seating area.
The main house can only, currently, be hired as a complete let, either for a three night weekend, four night midweek stay, or seven day weekly breaks, with use of all the facilities.
Studio apartments and one bedroom lodge are available to rent individually for a minimum of a two night stay, or can be hired with the Hamble House to increase occupancy.
The swimming pool and leisure facilities are not available to those guests in the studio or lodge.
