RESIDENTS of a Hampshire borough have been reminded to follow the rules after groups were caught gathering over the weekend.
Yesterday police in Fareham discovered several groups breaching coronavirus restrictions.
Young people were found gathering at a skatepart at Fareham Leisure Centre which is closed until March 29.
A group of men in their 20's were also discovered playing gootball at Wicor Recreation Ground.
A police spokesperson said: "This is very frustrating for the vast majority of us that are following the rules.
"We understand it may be difficult to keep fully up to date with the current rules, however sometimes people blatantly break the rules intentionally.
"We're all looking forward to summer. Please don't ruin it."
