EXPECT giveaways, games, music and presents at Westquay's Festive Fling on Thursday December 12.

The event, from 5pm to 9pm, will mark the beginning of the centre's extended opening hours over Christmas.

Guests will be welcomed by roaring twenties-themed performers to help them prepare for a night of Christmas merriment.

The first 250 people who RSVP online ahead of time with the Westquay Plus app can collect a special goody bag, whilst all PLUS app holders can enjoy a free prosecco from the Prosecco Bar on the night, all while being entertained by a live brass band and jazz singer, playing your favourite Christmas melodies.

Performers will also be on hand to entertain shoppers and hand out free festive treats.

Shoppers will get the chance to perfect their festive style with a special fashion area and a beauty booth.

Also enjoy a Christmas wreath making live demonstration.

At the centre of the event will be the beautiful Westquay tree, a six metre tree bristling with unique baubles. Guests with the Westquay Plus app are encouraged to pick one from the tree and open their bauble to see whether they’ve won one of hundreds of prizes, including gift cards, perfume and cosmetics. The baubles may also contain ‘golden tickets’, entering guests into the ultimate Bauble Bingo for the chance to win a designer handbag, dining vouchers, and more.

From December 12, Westquay will be open from 9am to 9pm every day apart from Sunday where the centre will be open from 11am to 5pm.
