Hampshire County Council has announced that anyone with a concessionary bus pass expiring at the end of the month will have their new passes sent in advance.
Some bus passes are expected to expire by March 31, but the council said that residents will not need to enquire about a replacement unless their circumstances, address or appearance have changed.
Anyone who does not receive their bus pass before its expiration date should call the council on 0300 555 1376.
