HOUSEBUILDER Foreman Homes have become the latest supporters of this summer’s public art extravaganza.
Marwell’s Zany Zebras are set to take Southampton by storm as the trail of brightly decorated sculptures take the public on a family-friendly trail around the city centre.
Foreman Homes is the latest company to sign up to sponsor a zebra which will be one of scores dotted around the city as part of the trail that begins in July.
Foreman Homes has grown rapidly over the last few years to be one of the region’s largest and most recognised privately-owned house builders since it was founded 20 years ago.
Spencer Drake, Sales and Marketing Manager said: “Foreman Homes are thrilled to be part of this year Marwell’s Zany Zebras project.
"It is a truly fantastic event which brings the whole community together in celebrating the local areas, culture, history and art.
"It’s a pleasure to be involved in such a worthwhile cause raising much needed funds towards the conservation of these rare and wonderful animals.’’
Kirstie Mathieson, Project Manager for Marwell’s Zany Zebras said: “We are delighted that Foreman Homes have joined the Marwell’s Zany Zebras stampede.
"The public art extravaganza brings together the whole community to create a very special summer that showcases not only the city of Southampton and surrounding area but the work of the region’s artists all whilst raising vital funds for the Grevy’s zebra and other endangered species.”
