Jo, widow of the late Mike Smith, Mum to Janet and the late Bob Smith, Granny to James, passed away peacefully after a short illness. Many thanks to all staff on G3 at Southampton General Hospital. We are heartbroken and will always treasure memories of your love, devotion and Wiltshire common sense. Always in our thoughts, Jan and James.

The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 18th June 2025 at 11.30 a.m. at Southampton Crematorium, East Chapel. Afterwards there will be a light buffet at Jo’s home in Thornhill. All Jo’s friends and neighbours are most welcome to join us.
