It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my mother, Noe, who was the mother of Andrew McCarter and the widow of Barry John McCarter.The funeral will be held on March 27th at 4pm at Southampton Crematorium, where we will celebrate her life and say our final goodbyes. Everyone who knew her is welcome to join us.
