It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my mother, Noe, who was the mother of Andrew McCarter and the widow of Barry John McCarter.The funeral will be held on March 27th at 4 PM at Southampton Crematorium, where we will celebrate her life and say our final goodbyes. Everyone who knew her is welcome to join us.
