GLEN Joseph "Joe" Our much-loved Dad passed away peacefully on 26th July 2024, aged 88 years. Loving and proud Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad who will be very much missed. Dad, your battle is over and now on to a place of beauty, music and peace. ---------------------- A celebration of Dad's life will take place on Friday 23rd August 2024 at 11.30 a.m. at Southampton Crematorium, East Chapel and afterwards at the Swaythling Working Mens Club where he had his last few drinks and enjoyed good company and music. Formal dress not required. Family flowers only please. Our heart goes out to Joe's family and extended family. Joe's laugh will always live in my memory. I always enjoyed seeing him - he made a special effort for an audience that never went amiss. His joy of life was a wonderful thing to be swept up in. He instilled great devotion from his family particularly from his girls and son-in-law that I found inspirational. Wishing you God's speed Joe. Rest in peace. You will be sadly missed.
