7 Year External Painting Partnering Arrangement 2014-2021
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for external redecoration works to Council housing stock, communal areas and stairwells with varying associated repairs as required through a 7 year partnering arrangement.
The anticipated annual value of the works will be approximately £450,000 excluding VAT.
Organisations expressing an interest will be required to complete a Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire. The minimum (pass/fail) prequalification standards GBC requires of prospective Companies for them to be eligible to be selected to be invited to tender are set out in this document.
