PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LICENSING APPLICATIONS
Licensing Act 2003
(Premises & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Benedict James Ltd of Pylewell Park, East End, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 5SJ has applied to New Forest District Council for a Premises License.
The Curious Arts Festival proposed to be carried on or from the premises are set out as follows: Literature, music & culture event.
Open from 12:00 on Thu 20.07.17 to 12:00 on Mon 24.07.17.
Plays, film, recorded music, Live music, Dance & Similar.
Supply of Alcohol.
Late Night Refreshment.
This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on New Forest District Council’s Website at www.newforest.gov.uk.
Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Lyndhurst SO43 7PA, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 18th November 2016.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
