NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 being an Act of the Parliament of Great Britain
That any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of John Stephen Chalkof 26 Ellis Rd,Thornhill, Southampton, Hants, SO19 6GR , who died on the 10th May 2016 and whose Will dated the 8th December 2009, appointed Pauline Black Executor P O Box 5237 c/o Newsquest Hampshire, Test Lane, Southampton, SO16 9JX.
Thereof are required to send particulars in writing of their claims or interest to the above before the 29th November 2016 after which date the Executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled there to having regard only
to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
