The closing date for representations is: 5 September 2016 ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY. Itisanoffencetoknowinglyorrecklesslymakeafalsestatementin connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding | level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
