Take notice that application is being made by:
Bargate Property Limited for planning permission to:
Demolition of existing buildings and multi-storey car park and
refurbishment of basements and mixed use development
comprising residential (C3), student accommodation (sui generis),
retail (A1) and flexible retail (A1-A3) with associated parking and
servicing, landscaping and public realm improvements.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights:
The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural

tenure.
'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or
a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less
than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
