NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORTHE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE THAT on 8 July 2016, Hampshire Restaurants Ltd of The Armoury, Unit RI Fort Wallington, Fareham, PO16 8TT made application to Southampton City Council for the renewal of the licence to use premises known as For Your Eyes Only, 135-136 High Street, Southampton, SO14 2BR as a sexual entertainment venue as defined in Schedule 3 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982. A copy of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY during normal office hours or on the Council's website at www.southampton.gov.uk/sexest. Any objection to this application shall be made in writing stating in general terms the grounds for objection toThe Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SOI8 9LA, or in person to their offices at the Civic Centre, Southampton SOI4 7LY,and should arrive no later than 28 days after the 8th July20I6. An objector's name and address shall not be revealed to the applicant by the Council without the objector's prior consent.
