Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of The Hawthorns Care Centre 76 St Annes Road Southampton SO19 9FF formerly of Whitehaven Lodge Care Home Buttermere Close Milbrooke Southampton SO16 9JR, who died on 34/06/2016, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 23/09/2016, afterwhich date the Estate wil be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
