MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR MERCURY YACHT HARBOUR - Maintenance Dredging and Disposal of Dredged Material. Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Limited has applied tothe Marine Management Organisation underthe Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging at Mercury Yacht Harbour and disposal of dredged material. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Marina Office, Mercury Yacht Harbour, Satchell Lane, Hamble, Southampton, Hampshire, SO31 4HQ. Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine licence register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle uponTyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 7th July 2016, quoting reference MLA/2016/00215. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
