LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Whitbread Group PLC to the Licensing Authority of Southampton City Council for a
Premises Licence for the
Proposed Premier Inn at 12-13 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2WY. The application includes the following terms:- 1.To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00hrs and Midnight daily for
non-residents and to residents in
the hotel 24 hours a day. 2. To
enable the sale of alcohol for
extended hours at Bank Holidays
and on other l m ted days as specified in the application. 3. To enable the exhibition of films and
the provision of late night refreshment to be provided until 00.30 each day. Full details of

Council, Licensing, PO Box 1767, Southampton, Hampshire, SO18 9LA. A responsible authority or
any other person can make written representations to the
LicensingAuthorityatanytime up to and including 25th July, 2016 (www.southampton.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
