Premises Licence - Overdraft Craft Ale Bar

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OFA PREMISES LICENCE
I, Amrik Singh Rai trading as Overdraft Craft Ale Bar hereby gives notice that it has applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Postal address of premises 383 Shirley Road Southampton SO15 3JD.
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: The sale by retail
of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. The provision of regulated
entertainment, consisting of: Playing of recorded music and live music. The provision of hot
and cold food. The premiseswill beserving alcohol forconsumption during thefollowing
hours: Sunday to Wednesday 12.00-22.35; Thursday 12.00-23.05; Friday to Saturday 12.00-
23.35. All customers will be required to leave &the premises shall be closed at the following
times: Sunday to Wednesday 23.00; Thursday 23.30; Friday to Saturday 24.00
We also propose to extend the Licenced Area to include tables and chairs outside at the
front of the premises.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register

to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
