NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Joyce Dorothy Kerby late of Dawson Lodge Botley Road West End Southampton who died on the 7^th May 2016 and whose Will appointed two directors of ML Law being Michael Robert Moore and Lynn Fiona Jackson as the Executors and any claimant is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the said Executors on or before the 24^th day of August 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distributetheassets ofthesaid Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
