Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of die Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Bills Restaurants limited have applied to Southampton City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Bills, Unit WM10, Level 03,West Quay Retail Park Harbour Parade, Southampton.The pro­posed variation is: 1 .To remove the conditions and informative wording which appears at Annex 2 and replace it with an updated operating schedule; 2. To varythe layout ofthe premises in accor-dance with the revised layout drawing attached to the application, drawing No's 4322/082/501/A. The applicant is not
seeking to vary either the hours or licensable activities permitted under the current premises licence. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team,
Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SOI8 9LA no later than 8th Juy 2016 stating the grounds
for representation. The register of Southampton City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
