Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Mary Malone late of Flat 2 Anfield Court, Anfield Close, Fair Oak, Eastleigh, who died on the 6th February 2016 and whose will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 23rd May 2016 by one of the said Will named in Executors in is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 24th August 2016 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
