LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Chalk Valley Ltd Hereby gives notice that it has applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Postal address of premises 37-39 London Road, Southampton, SO15 2AD The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: To change the supply of alcohol form on to on and off the premises. No time changes to any licensable activities. To extend the current restaurant into 39 London Road therefore adding an additional bar area and increase the seating area. The relevant licensing authority is Southampton CityCouncil, and the statutoryregistermaybe inspected attheirLicensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register Any representations byan interested partyorarelevantauthority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box (6th June 2016) and (4th July 2016).
