Notice is hereby given that Hammerson (Watermark) Limited has made an application to Southampton City Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence pursuant to S.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Restaurant with bar premises to be situated at Unit 20, Level 5, Westquay Watermark (being land to South of Westquay Shoppping Centre, East of Harbour Parade and West of Western Esplanade), Southampton, as more
particularly delineated on the Site Location Plan deposited with this application. In summary the application is for a Premises Licence to permit provision of Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, and Similar Entertainment to Music and Dance, from 06:00am to 01:00am, Monday to Sunday, sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on
andoffthe premises from 10.00am to 01:00am, Monday to Sunday, provision of Late N ght Refreshment from
23:00pm to 01:00am, Monday to Sunday and opening hours 06.00am to 01:00am, Monday to Sunday. On New Years Eve all permitted hours may continue until the start of hours permitted on New Years Day. The Licensing Register for Southampton City Council Licensing Authority is kept at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, SOI4
7LY and may be inspected between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday and may also be found on www.southampton.gov.uk/la03 register. Any Party or Responsible Authority who wishes to make
representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton
City Council, PO Box 1767. Southampton, SOI8 9LA on or before 30th June 2016.
It is an offence knowingly or recklesly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the
Licensing Act 2003 and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an
offence is £5000.
