Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of GEORGE ANTHONY MANSER deceased of 216 Barnes Lane Sarisbury Green Southampton SO31 7BG and who died on 3rd May 2015 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Administrator, Mr William Michael Manser c/o David Ebert LLP Solicitors 44 High Street West
End Southampton SO30 3DR, and to send such particulars no later than two months and one dayafter the appearance of this Notice after which date the administrator will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had Notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had Notice.
