SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925 THE CHILWORTH TECHNOLOGY LIMITED PENSION SCHEME
The Trustees of 'The Chilworth Technology Limited Pension Scheme' hereby announce that they intend for the scheme to be wound up in order to determine the Trust governing the arrangement.
Any person who believes that they are entitled to pension rights under the scheme and who has not received correspondence from the Trustees or their appointed agents should contact Christopher Murray at the address below within two months of theappearanceofthisnotice. Furthermore, the Trustees wish to receive notification from any person who was employed on a part time basis by Chilworth Technology Limited and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment or access to the scheme. After the two month period has expired, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the scheme in accordance with their powers under the Trust Deed and Rules but only having regard to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustees have had notice. The Trustees will not, with regard to the assets distributed,beliabletoanypersonof whose claim orentitlementtheyshall not have had notice.
