Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence number 2015/02898/01SPRD.
The purpose of this application is to vary the hours when licensable activities may take place from Monday-Saturday 08:00-23:00 hours and Sunday 10:00-22:30 hours, to Monday-Sunday 06:00-23:00 hours. The licensable activity is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. In all other respects the licence will remain unchanged. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 16th May 2016.

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only.
