LATE NIGHT LEVY
LATE NIGHT LEVY YEAR- 2015/2016
STATEMENT OF NET AMOUNT OF LEVY PAYMENTS
Section 130(5)(b) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 requires a licensing authority to publish, after the end of each levy year, a statement of the net amount of late night levy payments for the year together with certain other information. For the levy year from 1st April 2015 to 31st March 2016, Southampton City Council states:
1 The aggregate amount of payments to the Council in respect of the late night levy that are attributable to that period was £124,896;

2 The aggregate amount of expenses of the Council attributable to that period that are permitted deductions was £14,414;

3 The net amount of the late night levy payments for the levy year

was £110,482.
