Minor Variation of Premises Licence

Notice is here given that Hammerson (Watermark) Limited has applied to Southampton City Council Licensing Authority for a Minor Variation of its Premises Licence for Nando's, Unit 13 Level 4, Watermark, Harbour Parade, Southampton issued under the Licensing Act 2003.
In summary the application is for approval of alterations to extend the premises licence demise to incorporate upper floor at level 5 and minor alter­ation to shape of the demise at the front of the premises at level 4 and for approval of the amended premises licence plans.

The Licencing Register for Southampton City Council Licencing Authority is kept at their Licencing Office at  the Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY and may be inspected between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday and may aso be found on http://www.southampton.gov.uk/ la03register.

Any person who wishes to raise a representation to this application may do so by giving notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address shown above, giving in detail grounds of representation/objection on or before11th April 2016.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5000.
