MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW WORKS, MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING WORKS AND OTHER REMOVALS.
Notice is hereby given that HYS (HOLDINGS) LIMITED has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake demolition of existing hoist dock, construction of replacement hoist dock and refurbishment of existing sheet piled wall. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Coronation Parade Post Office, Hamble, SO31 4JT.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to Kirsty.McMillan@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 22/03/2076, quoting referenceMLA/2016/00085.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
