MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR ESSO FAWLEY MARINE TERMINAL MAINTENANCE DREDGING AND DISPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that Esso Petroleum Company Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging and associated disposal to sea at the Fawley Marine Terminal. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Hythe Public Library, Pylewell Road, Hythe, Southampton SO45 6AQ and also at Blackfield Public Library, 167 Hampton Parade, Blackfield, Southampton, SO451XA. Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed online in the Public Registeratwww.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to chris. turner@rnarinernanagementorg.uk, within 28 days of 10.3.16, quoting reference MLA/2016/00025.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
