NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Joan Dorothy Foster deceased late of 29 Olive Road Southampton who died on the 5th February 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undermentioned Solicitors on or before the 16th May 2016 after which date the Personal Representative will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
