Notice is hereby given that Carluccio's Limited has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Carluccio's, Unit SU55/56, WestQuay Shopping Centre,Above Bar, Southampton, SO 15 IQR The proposed licensable activities and their hours are late night refresh­ment 23:00 00:00 Monday to Sunday and supply of alcohol 08:00-00:00 Monday to Sunday. The opening hours are Monday to Sunday 08:00-00:30. Full details can be seen in the applica­tion lodged with the Licensing Team. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA no later than 24 March 2016 stating the grounds for representation. The regis­ter of Southampton City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.southampton.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connec­tion with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
