OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER 5ECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Southampton City Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 24th February 2016. Applicant Martin McColl Limited.Address of premises: McColls, 71 Bedford Place, Polygon, Southampton SO 15 2DS. Proposed variation to the licensable activities: To remove the seasonal restrictions on the sale of alcohol hours, extend the sale of alcohol hours to 06:00 hours to 23.-00 hours Monday to Sunday for consumption off the premises and remove all conditions under annex 2 and replace with up to date conditions. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
